WARNING!: this bugger is HUGE. But PLEASE, still look at it, it's the second half of my project!

Ahem, now then...

I FOOLED YOU ALL, NYAHAHAHAHAH!!!! ... *cough* That is, the "Ladywoman Manfellow" picture and design was my preliminary project...kind of a lead-up to THIS half of the project. LWMF was used in order for me to sorta get an idea of how people (or at least "this audience"--you all) reacted to gender and gender ambiguity.

Well, then. Based on the nature and content of the many comments I received (THANK you, btw! :worship:), this was my "educational" portion of the project that I came up with. =D It's wordy, but colourful! And hopefully it presents you with a new angle from which to view "gender"...it ain't just about guys vs. gals.

And yesh, I'm sure this isn't anything new to some of you. I know I can't be the only one who's taking/taken Women's Studies, lol. Don't get mad, I'm not trying to patronize anyone. ^^;

SO! Please check it out, and give me feedback of...of any sort! Anything, as long as it's relevant! :please: Even if it's just "that was interesting", that still indicates to me that you at least LOOKED at it, and that's dandy! :dance:

.......oh, and if there are going to be any debates (like, people protesting the idea of a third gender, "that's a bunch o' ballyhoo!", whatever)...please keep them nice and considerate. ._. I don't have the time or energy to monitor the comments and make sure things aren't getting out of hand. 'Cuz y'know, I'd feel responsible for any hurts that might result.

I'll go study for my other finals, now. x_x

this is really cool (particularly as I am writing an essay on gender and how I personally relate to it for a class I took) In my class I learned that there was one particular tribe (I forget who) who would let the children basically pick their gender identity as soon as they could pick up an object. they would be put in a tent where they would pick up the object that interested them the most, some objects were more 'feminin' and others more 'masculine' but there was still a wide veriaty and stuff. I thought that interesting

I'm really, really surprised to hear the juniour high students' reactions, actually. When was that study conducted? I would be really surprised if it's in the last a few years, actually.

(personally I'd wank til I bleed. -_- I mean, gender don't mean much to me saved for the shape of genitals. So it's like yay experiments)

...itttss....3:30 am here *in virginia* anndddd im tired. and i just read that whole thing with complete motivation to create a new character thats intersexed because i want to utilize the information that ive just learned o.o....=D ha something thats NOT on Wikipedia XD!
