I swear I did not plan this. This strip was NOT originally intended to coincide with my own birthday. But...well, there ya go. Freaked me out, it did. :paranoid:

Iiiiiiin any case, I've been plotting this one for so long...the last panel, that is. The original concept was that Sorrow would grab at the line-thingy-arrow that sorta connects him to his words and yank on it, trying to pull it back. That didn't exactly work out. ^^; So, instead he's just frantically reaching for the floating words.

Honestly, man. Watch what you say around the ladies when age is involved.

despite all this, The Cobra Unit is (c) Hideo Kojima, from Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater (and Konami Co., Ltd., and all that jazz, etcetera)
...but still, "TCD" is my concept, and my personal way of paying homage to Kojima-san and his works

I was just about to go to bed, and instead I checked my DevArt messages...Yay! I'm not gonna lie...I always hope when I see a new Message on my watch list that its a Cobra Days, they're just so cute and funny, and if toned down just a bit kind of how I could seriously imagine the unit acting.
And the book is funny for some reason, 'ENGLISH', :P
